Assignment Plans
1. Smoke bombs in tunnels. I recently found these large tunnels which could be a really cool opportunity to do some smoke shots. I would have some colored smoke bombs and do some flash photography so that you get the still shot of Justine but also get the blur of smoke. I would need smoke bombs, Justine, and a tripod. I would like to get a shot of Justine enveloped in vibrant smoke but some features of her face remain.
2. Steel wool in tunnels. Swinging steel wool in an enclosed space could make for an interesting photo. I would need a whisk, steel wool, and a tripod. Leaving my camera on long exposure and using my remote, I can stand at the end of tunnel and twirl the steel wool in the whisk. Between me and the camera is Justine standing so that a silhouette is shown in front of the sparks. My goal is to get a shot of a person with their arms stretched out and a spray of sparks behind them.

3. Glitter zipper. My model would be Justine and I would do it in the studio. This would take some time to prep. I will have Justine do a neutral face of makeup and glue a zipper starting on her forehead and have it slowly unzipping so that it fans out. Inside the zipper I will have a solid layer of glitter. I would need a zipper (glue for the zipper), brushes, glitter glue and glitter. I would like to experiment more with makeup prosthetics.
